In a competition between the Michigan Observation Company and property owner Ed Kelley, the Irish Hills Towers, or Twin Towers, were built. They mark the highest point in southwestern Michigan at 1,400 ft (430 m) above sea level. Today, the towers are connected at the top by a bridge, allowing tourists to visit both structures and are open from Mothers Day through Labor Day. Address: 8424 US 12 Onsted MI USA
