    Dewey Lake
    Dewey Lake is a private, 104-acre lake located in between Brooklyn and Onsted. There are several lakeside vacation rentals and bed and breakfasts, giving visitors the opportunity to use the lake for swimming and boating.

    Wamplers Lake
    Filled with bluegill, muskie and largemouth bass, Wamplers Lake is a popular destination for anglers of all ages. It is located near Walter J. Hayes State Park, east of Brooklyn, and also offers picnicking and camping along the shore, as well as swimming and boating in the lake.

    Vineyard Lake
    Located on the east side of Brooklyn, Vineyard Lake and the surrounding park areas offer guests an range of activities to enjoy. The lake itself takes up 505 acres of land and boasts an 8.5 acre park beside it. Visitors can enjoy swimming, boating and picnicking, as well as fishing.

    Iron Lake Park
    Visitors can spend day on the water or on land at Iron Lake Park in Brooklyn. A boat launch is on hand to help get watercrafts in and out of the lake. Anglers often try to make a catch here, as the lake is stocked with largemouth and smallmouth bass.

    Clark Lake
    Clark Lake is a 58-acre pubic lake that offers a myriad of activities, including fishing, swimming and boating. There is a marina on the lake shore, as well as sandy beach areas and picnic facilities for people to enjoy. This lake is found west of Brooklyn off of Jefferson Road.

    Allen Lake
    Allen Lake welcomes anglers to fish for trout, which it is stocked with each April, as well as bass, bluegill and perch. The lake covers 63 acres of land and is located east on Onsted. The public can access the lake by following US Highway 12.
